How You Can Use Our Study Guides
Our Bible Study Guides are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your personal study routine, whether you're looking to engage with the material all at once or prefer to take your time and dive deeper each week. While you can certainly complete the entire study guide in one sitting, we believe these guides work best when used over the course of several weeks, allowing for reflection, discussion, and practical application.
We recommend breaking the study guide into manageable sections, doing one part at a time for a more focused and meaningful study experience. Here's how you can use it effectively:
Introduction & Part 1 – Begin with the introduction to set the stage for the study. This will give you context and an overview of what to expect. Then, move into Part 1, where you'll explore the first set of questions and Scripture. Take your time reflecting on the key points.
*Sometimes, the Introduction may be long enough to be a session by itself.
Part 2 – After completing Part 1, move into Part 2 for a deeper dive into the next section of the study. Allow this to build on what you’ve already learned, making connections and reflecting on how it applies to your life.
Part 3 – Continue through Part 3, where you will unpack more Scripture and teachings. As with each part, allow the questions to guide your personal reflection and prayer. Don’t rush—let the Holy Spirit speak to you through the material.
Part 4 – This section will further expand your understanding and push you to think critically about the Bible's relevance in your life today. Consider how you can practically apply these lessons.
Conclusion – The final section of the guide pulls everything together, offering a chance to reflect on all you've learned. Take time to pray through the key takeaways and ask God how you can live out the principles in your daily life.
*Sometimes the Conclusion may be short enough to use included with Part 4.
Sometimes, there are reflection sections, case studies, commitment statements, etc. included in the studies. These can either be sessions by themselves or used with other sessions, or even moments of reflection for your personal devotion time.
By approaching the study guide in this way, you’ll be able to digest and apply the material each week, keeping your study meaningful and intentional. Whether you do it individually or in a small group, these guides are a valuable tool to help you grow in your faith, one step at a time.
